Respect Organics Organic Carrot Cake

Birthdays come but once a year (unless you’re the Queen, gawd bless you M’am!) and for me, last week saw the return of the birthday candles, the flutter of birthday cards through my letterbox, and the sweet temptation of The Birthday Cake. This year, said birthday cake was really rather a treat. I bought it myself, because that’s what you do when you’re a grown up, and when it arrived with the shopping, I was really rather chuffed!
