I like Risotto Pronto - it's quick, easy, tasty, and low in fat. I am sure that some foodies will gasp at the thought of cooking risotto in this way, when making risotto from scratch isn't very difficult but hey, call me lazy bones! ********** What is it? ********** I have only come across two flavours of Risotto Pronto - Porcini Mushroom and Sun-dried Tomato.
