Usually I buy own brand jams when I need to get some but the other day the shelves were empty of own brand raspberry jam in Sainsbury so I opted for th next best thing and the brand I remember from my childhood, Robertsons, and I was quite glad that I did as it reminded me that for a few pennies more you can get a much better quality product than the supermarket own brand makes. This jam is a rich raspberry colour and there are lots of seeds dotted throughout the jam which has a sweet fruity aroma as I pop the lid off. It is a reasonably thick jam but not as watery lookin as some jams you get, needlss to say it spreads smoothly on toast and breaks up nicely ... Read the complete review
