I love lemon curd - for as long as I can remember its been a constant in both my mothers food cupboard, and then later in mine. Not only is it lovely on toast, but its great for cooking. I usually buy Robertson's - not because of any brand loyalty, but because you can guarantee when I want to use it for baking, my jar in the cupboard is almost scraped out, so then I have to pup down to the corner shop to buy it, and its the only brand they sell. I won't go into overly much detail about the packaging - there's a picture after all, but lets just say it comes in a screw top jar, with the Robertson's name, Lemon Curd written on it, a picture of some ...
