In my never ending search for the perfect lunch box snack (that’s kid’s box of food, nothing to do with Linford Christie!) I came across these delightful little packets of chocolate covered rice crispy cakes. Everyone will have tried a home made chocolate covered rice crispy cake at some time during their childhood I am sure – but these don’t really taste too much like the ones I remember, but they are still a pleasant and sweet snack which do not unbalance the diet too much from your kids point of view.
