I usually try to keep my eating habits on the healthy side and to have a good balance to my diet however occasionally I sort of fall off the wagon and have a spurge on something which is definately not healthy and that was the case when I bought a bag of five Rolo Cookies the other day as they were on special offer of a £1 and the sad fact is that I ate three of them pretty much in one go with a coffee and the other two followed these a day later.

They are large round cookies and they have a lovely chewy texture to them, I prefer chewy cookies to the crunchy variety. Within the nice biscuit you have small choolate chips and also some mini rolos on top as wel and they have that lovely caramel centre that helps make the cookie even chewier.

They are very sweet tasting however I found eating them alongside a coffee offset the seet taste a bit with the slightly bitter coffee which I take black.

I must admit I felt a bit bloated and sickly after consuming these and they are probably not something I would buy again just because they make me feel like a bit of a pig when I eat so many in one go.
