Rose's 'Lime' Fine Cut Marmalade

When God created the British Isles he thought, these people who will live on this small wet windswept isle really need a breakfast condiment to go with their staff of life, I've been very generous but not too generous to allow them to grow oranges or lemons but they can grow limes. Being a lover or marmalade (particularly on toast) I was really gutted when I ran out of the stuff unexpectedly! It mean I had to route through our cupboards looking for something else to spread o my toast and I came across this. This is one of my Mothers favourites so I decided to raid her pot of this and to be brave and try it lol!
