Roses Lime cordial was my first introduction to the 'Roses' brand back when I was a kid. It wasn't until many years later that I encountered Roses marmalade whilst sharing a house with friends. After 'borrowing' some I became an avid user of Lemon and Lime marmalade and brought a jar myself (although my rugby playing mates thought I was a pansy for doing so). Roses Marmalde comes in an attractive, traditional looking jar (mine was 454g) is made from only citrus fruit and has that home made look about it with pictures of cut lemons and limes on the label. The marmalade itself has a distintive and attractive green colour to it with little chunks of Lemon ... Read the complete review

Roses Lemon and Lime Marmalade....... I don't usually like the regular orange marmalade at all but when I saw this on the shelves in Tesco a part of me was really quite curios as to what it tasted like. So because I love limes and anything lime flavoured I decided I would fork out the £1.80 odd pence that it was priced for and give myself a treat. I couldn't wait to give it a try and after my late night shopping trip I found myself toasting two pieces of white bread and smothering them with both "proper" butter and this Roses Lemon and Lime Marmalade (bang goes the healthy eating regime). OMG what a taste sensation ... Read the complete review

It is common knowledge in my household that marmalade is my favourite topping to put on bread or toast. Although I have to state that I prefer orange thick cut above all others I am willing to give other marmalades a try. I was absoloutly horrified(!!) to discover that this was in my cuboard rather than the usual stuff. Mainly because I am very wary of lemon and lime flavoured things. In my opinion the only acceptable product is the starburst sweet. But like I said, you have to try these things no matter how dubious you are about them. The jar itself, is pleasant enough. It's sort of traditional looking, indented patterning with a screw top ... Read the complete review

- 0- ROSES LEMON AND LIME MARMALADE -0- -0- Rose's Marmalade -0- 'Rose's Marmalade is a traditional, well-established brand with a loyal following. As a refreshing alternative to traditional marmalades, Rose's zesty taste and varying range of citrus flavours livens up any breakfast'. I am a great lover of jams, honey and marmalade. In fact almost anything that you can spread on nice fresh bread; In the morning I like a cup of tea and a thick slice of toast, followed by a piece of fruit. It is enough for me and I find and a lovely way to start the day. I am very fond of marmalade. My favourite ... Read the complete review

Roses Lemon and Lime Marmalade Description: Manufacturer: Roses / Type: Marmalade A 454g jar of this marmalade cost me £1.97 from my local shop. It is available in most supermarkets and comes in a clear jar (allowing you to see the contents) with a white label and the Rose's logo on the front. Rose's has been around for years so I am sure that you have seen it on the shelves. I have only eaten orange marmalade before (which I really like!) but when we saw this on the shelves, decided to give it a try to see what it was like. I am a convert! This is even nicer than ordinary marmalade, it has a fantastic thick ... Read the complete review
