I like to have a variety of different foods in my freezer that can be thrown together with something else and cooked really quickly. Recently I was in Morrisons looking for something to fill this role and I came across Ross Fish Cakes. No I have had these before but for some reason i'm usually drawn towards fishfingers instead. So I thought it would make a nice change. That night I was planning to go out and didnt have alot of time so I decided to have fishcakes, chips and mushy peas. I wanted a quick uncomplicated tea last night so I put 4 of these in the oven, along with a couple of potato waffles. I also cooked some beans on the hob. Packaging.
