this stuff, on the face of it, should be like eating rabbit food! but actually give it a go for a while and it really grows on you. i like to eat it as a snack with some peanut butter, or cheese, or tuna. its a great healthy snack if you are watching your weight because its low in basically everything: cals, carbs, fat. but it also has fibre which is essential for your diet. ryvita does seem to have gone up in price recently. i remember last year it under 50pence a pack and last time i got the stuff it was over 60pence. but all the basic products are the ones going up in price. but each slice is quite filling so you dont need to eat loads of the stuff in one ...

I've been on a diet for 3 weeks now and I am doing great. When I get motivated thats it, I stick to it and the weight drops off. I'm quite a strong willed person when I put my mind to it and with the right diet, correct nutrients and supplementation, and regular exercise, I never fail, its the getting started which is the hard part however I have gone past that stage now, 3 weeks into my diet and only have another couple of pounds to go until I reach my target weight. As someone with an eating disorder I tend to go through phases of what I will eat and what I wont eat. I try to stop doing this as I know I'm just limiting myself all the time and I'm in recovery and this is not the plan! However I rarely eat meals and I don't have much of an appetite and if anyone here has an eating disorder or knows someone with one then they will know we have 'safe foods'.
