Last year when these new Ryvita rye slices came out I wanted to try them as I love whole grain products and nut seeds... These 'Pumpkin seeds & Oats' are a new type of crisp bread that are made with 199% wholegrain rye and natural ingredients. The prices varied a lot depending if you saw them on offer or not, but I remember they started off at £1.39 and then ended up at 89p making them a more affordable snack :) Now I love this type of food either with jam as a snack or with cheese as a lunch, either soft or hard cheese, I don't really mind either is yummy with this type of brittle dry food to add moisture.
