28P FOR 4 CHOCOLATE MOUSSES? (Sainsbury's Basics Chocolate Mousse)

I like Chocolate Mousse and could probably eat a 4 pack to myself quite easily. I guess I can feel a bit sick afterwards, but it's all fun most of the times. No one is forcing me to eat it all anyway!

I spotted this in Sainsbury's and this cost a bargain 29p for a 4 pack. Even though this is part of the Sainsbury's buget range, which is called Basics, I would have still expected things like this dessert to be a litle bit more expensive, say 45p, as Sainsbury's isn't noted as being a cheap shop.

The packaging isn't that exciting. It is 4 individual plastic pots that have a cellophane covering to them. The tubs are see through plastic, so you can see the dark brown through them, and the cellophane lids are white and have the orange writing on them which is the Basic brand of packaging. The tubs are 100g.

Each tub has 94 calories and 3.6g fat, so I guess these can fit in with a calorie controlled diet (if you stick to the 1 tub that is!)

Now to the important part - the taste of these. I was expecting some runny Mousse with a hint of a Chocolate taste, but like I said I was surprised by how good these were for the money. The Chocolate was quite thick and rich, and it has the nice bubbly part that you get with Chocolate Mousse. It had a nice medium rich Chocolate taste, and although you could tell it wasn't Cadbury's or anything, it tasted just like the Supermarket own brand Chocolate Mousse.

A great buy, as it is cheap, tasty and everyone I know has liked this one!
