... price. Price ------ At just 98p for an absolutely huge bag of popcorn (160g) we were able to enjoy it without feeling our purse strings tightening. This was exactly what i wanted after some expensive nights out. The bag was easily enough for the 4 of us watching the film and so it worked out at just 25p each, absolute steal!! Taste ------- I have to admit, i am not the biggest fan of popcorn. It is like tuna or cottage cheese. I am very happy to eat it, but would not usually buy it. However, this stuff was good. Intro ------ Last night we all decided that a film night would be a great idea after a few very expensive (and heavy) nights out in the centre of Leeds. So we split up, i was sent to get the snacks and my flatmate headed off to Headingley to get the DVD. Unfortunately, he chose badly - Snakes on a plane. Fortunately, and the real highlight of the evening was that i had chosen this stuff as the snack. A really great tasting product for a really great price. However in these times of tightening our belts (credit crunch and weightloss hand in hand!) I realised that I may need to set my sights a little lower. Whilst trawling the aisles in Sainsburys I spied their Basics range Cinema style sweet pop corn. At only 96p for a huge bag (160g) I felt this was worth a taster. So a family DVD was planned. The pop corn was divided equally between myself and my 3 kids (I weighed it out as my middle child has often been given ...  Read the complete review
