I like to keep healthy and I am always on the lookout for healthy snacks to get me through the day. On a trip to Sainsburys I spotted their Be Good to Yourself Crispy Apple Chips and had to try them. I've had apple style crisp before. I really like Tyrells apple crisps, especially the cinnamon flavoured ones. So how would these compare? The chips are made from dehydrated Fuji apples and sulphate. They are healthier than potato crisps. For starters half of the 60 gram pack counts as a serving of fruit. This sounds ideal for those who are not keen on fresh fruit and vegetables.
