I actually deliberately went and found this product after reading I Am Joy's reveiw of the same. I really liked the sound of it and thought it seemed almost too good to be true to be able to buy a lower fat version of one of my favourite products which did not cost the earth and tasted good. I owe some thanks therefore to Joy for introducing me to a product which has become a staple in my shopping trolley and which I am unlikely to deviate from in the future. I came across a recipe I wanted to try recently which called for reduced fat Mozzarella, I didn't know such a thing existed but a trip to Sainsbury's proved me wrong when I found a half fat version in their Be Good To Yourself range. The Mozzarella comes in 125g packets, which was ideal as my recipe called for 90g so I had some left over to make a low fat pizza. I was surprised that it was only 80p as I had been expecting to pay more for this product and this price is a real bargain in my opinion.
