... inside said box in a foil tray. The first thing that struck me is how the photograph on the front really does dipict my quiche. Just the same! It's round and fat and very appertising to look at. Looks nicely cooked and has a nice golden cooked look to it but doesn't look burnt or overcooked and texture wise it isn't all flat it looks fluffy. I was quite impressed by the look of it. I've always loved quiche ever since I was a kid, so much so that it was the first thing I ever learnt to cook at school in Home Economics though nowadays I haven't got the time or the inclination to be bothered lol So browsing through Sainsbury's I spotted this in the chilled cabinet and of course the memory I've just shared with you came flooding back!
