I love cereal but when it comes to breakfast, I stick to the low fat stuff that is good for you. If I fancy an evening treat then I will often take a trip to the cereal aisle which my hubby thinks is rather strange. He doesn't understand that you can buy some cereals that not only fill you up but also satisfy my sweet tooth and my need for something crunchy. This cereal does exactly that. The selection I only tend to buy Sainsbury's no added sugar cereals though the other day I ran out of my breakfast cereals at the workplace so I quickly popped in a Sainsbury's Local on my way. Sainbury's do have some quite healthy and tasty breakfast cereals from their own range I regularly but Local being a small store, I didn't find any 'No added sugar' cereals and with the exception of one, all brands of crunchy cereals contained sugar in their ingredients list. The one exception, the subject of this review - contained 'raw cane sugar'.
