These are now called Sainsbury's Easy Porridge Oats and come in a red box for the original flavour or a yellow box for the golden syrup flavour. They're suitable for vegetarians and vegans (woohoo!) but not for oat gluten or soya allergy sufferers. You get either 8 or 10 sachets, depending on the box size you buy and they're basically Sainsbury's own version of Oat So Simple but cheaper (by nearly a £1!). They're really easy to make, either with milk, soya milk, rice milk or even just water. The instructions say to stir in 180ml of milk but all I do is empty the packet into a bowl then fill the empty sachet with soya milk as a measuring guide. Then you ... Read the complete review
