Advantages: quick to make, cheap, delicious, not much washing up

Disadvantages: so good, you might start eating it exclusively and ruin your health

This pasta is the ultimate in student food. Each parcel is full of delicious cheesy goodness, and the only extra ingredients I use are a little bit of salt, pepper and butter. This stuff doesn't even need a sauce - the butter takes away any dryness and makes this pasta an absolute pleasure to eat. Because this pasta is pre-cooked, it takes about as long to prepare this meal as it does to make a cup of tea, and the only washing up is a fork, a bowl, a colander and the pan you prepared it in.

When I eat this I use about two thirds of a pack for one nice, filling meal for myself, but I am a fairly large and manly man and so need extra food to promote healthy beard growth. Most women and smaller men would probably be fine with only half a packet.

This pasta is pretty inexpensive too, and there have been times when my entire University household has eaten little but this and its tomato and mozarella/spinach and ricotta brothers for days. This is, in my opinion, the tastiest of Sainsbury's filled pasta range, though the tomato and mozarella is also excellent, and none of them are poor - I simply found the spinach and ricotta not to be to my liking, and the meaty choices were quite low on flavour and would need a sauce to complete them.

Summary: the best filled pasta I've ever eaten!
