I have a real weakness for Highland Shortbread. Sure, it's dry and coats your mouth in residue, you don't soon forget you've eaten it. But I think it must be the most indulgent, satisfying kind of snack you can find. However, it occurred to me recently that I never buy it. One of my favourite things to review on here is food. I love food but my most favourite thing to review happens to be biscuits. I'm a secret late night muncher and if I go near a shop I'm like a lamb to the slaughter and I end up buying several packs in one go and it's not good for me cos once a packet is opened I devour the lot. I just can't help myself and have no self restraint! The other day was one of them days. I told myself I deserved a treat as I picked up 6 packets of biscuits and threw them in my basket.
