Sainsbury's Lemon Bakewells

I'm a bit of a sucker for any lemon flavoured cakes as I live lemon drizzle cake, I have never been a big fan of bakewell tarts however when I saw a lemon version on sale in Sainsbury I thought I would give it a try and I'm quite glad I did. These come in six individual portions each contained in a foil case. The top layer is yellow coloured icing, underneath this there is a layer of lemon curd instead of the normal jamand then benath this is a sponge layer and these all sit on a pastry base.
