I've been eating too much frozen food lately and it's stopping from tomorrow as I get onto my pre Xmas diet to lose a few pounds for the party season. I usually treat myself to a ready meal on a Sunday evening as I generally have lunch at my daughter's house and by the time I get home I cannot be bothered to cook.
