Sainsbury's Mini Butter Flapjacks

I first met these mini flapjacks when my nephew waggled a tub of them under my nose. Of course I took one, it was only polite! Since then I have noticed that the World has gone mini mad, the garages have the tubs of mini`s on their shelves, every motorway service station seems to stock them and the supermarkets offer mini everything. But everything good comes in little parcels and these Sainsbury mini flapjacks live up to their expectations. My daughter bought some Sainsbury's Mini Butter Flapjacks for my granddaughters birthday party and they were gorgeous. They were in a plastic container from the bakery section which contained 20 small square flapjacks. They looked lovely after she'd arranged them on a plate and would definitely pass as home made by appearance. They look nice and fresh, the flapjacks are a beautiful gold colour and I could hardly keep my hands off them before my granddaughters guests arrived.
