If you're after natural tasting profiteroles then you would probably not be overly impressed with these as they're quite synthetic tasting, not in a horrible way but similar to those frozen chocolate eclairs you can buy. I bought my granddaughters' a box of these frozen Sainsbury's profiteroles to munch on the run up to midnight on New Years Eve. They were reduced to £1 because the box was ever so slightly damaged so I snapped them up as the girls' love profiteroles and for that price I decided to treat them. The profiteroles are fully coated in crisp chocolate rather than being served with a chocolate sauce, but I think they'd be delicious if you were to heat up some sauce yourself and drizzle it over.
