Sainsbury's Ultimate New York Vanilla Cheesecake I'm afraid I have been very naughty!!!! I have well and truly over indulged in the most delicious cheesecake, now I will have to live on cottage cheese and lettuce ( well until the next time something tempts me that is!!) There are basically two types of cheesecake - the one that you leave to set in the refrigerator or the one that you bake. I have to say that I have a strong preference to the latter - I feel that it is a much more authentic cheesecake than the former.
