I often buy Cookies like this in Asda and Tesco as well. Although I like to buy the normal Biscuit packs, I like the idea of Fresh Baked Cookies as well, and although it is mroe expensive to buy this way, it makes a nice change.
The packaging isn't that exciting, but it adds to the home made style of it kind of. The pack is a thick paper bag, which is folded over at the top and sealed with a sticky label. Once you break the label it is still easy enough to keep this folded over though. There is a small see through panel on the front and you see the Biscuits easily through this. The pack is a medium red colour and it has the Sainsbury's brand name on it. The Oatmeal and Raisin writing is quite small on the pack, I would have thought it would have been a bit larger.
You get 5 in a pack and they cost £1.05. The Biscuits are quite large, and at Sainsbury's prices it doesn't seem that bad for what you get.
The Biscuits are quite crumbly, but of a good texture. They don't all break up when bitten into, and they taste Oaty, Sweet and are well dotted with Raisins through them. They taste home made, and I know they will be massed produced, but they don't taste it.
There is no Nutritional Information on the pack, which I would have thought thesedays that every product should have had that on it, as you can bet these aren't that good for you, but everything in moderation and all that!
A lovely Biscuit treat.
