... this one only cost 98p. I was expecting it to be a bit more knowing Sainsbury's pricing, but I was happy to buy and try at that price. The packaging is quite simple, but that makes it look more expensive in my view. It is a clear glass jar which is quite thick and wide. It goes in at the top, but the opening is quite wide as well. Not wide enough for me to get my plastic spoon in to get every last dreg out, so I had to vigerously shake the drops out and hope they didn't splatter all over the kitchen! One of my favourite home cooked meals is Spaghetti Bolognaise. I've never made the sauce from scratch though, and tried this last week. I always buy a Sauce that has Onion and Garlic in it, as I like the taste of that mixed in with the Tomato and Mince, so that is how I ended up trying this one. Ragu normally was my favourite until they seemed to change the recipe a couple of years ago and in my view the taste isn't that good. Also a jar of Ragu and Dolmio in my Sainsbury's was costing £1.72 for 500g, whereas this one only cost 98p.
