 ... my liking. The biscuits are shaped like flat discs and they are very thin indeed at the edges so I was expecting them to be crunchy, but I found these were too dry and hard for me. The cheese on the top made them seem harder too and this was a shame because they would have been so much nicer if there was a little moistness to them. In Sainsbury's today I treated myself to a bag of their Parmesan Cheese Biscuits as I making a concerted effort at the moment to cut down on my sweet and sugary snacks. When I opened the packet I saw these Cheese Biscuits are smaller than I had expected but they look lovely with shavings of parmesan baked into the top of them. They are circular with a nice star shaped effect at the edges and they look very nice indeed. Three of these biscuits contain 37 calories and 1.7g of fat, so bearing this in mind I took six out and had them with a cup of tea. They're OK, but nothing special at all.
