Last night I decided to cook the last of the Christmas munchies, these Party Chicken Satay skewers from Sainsbury's, to get them out of the way as having so much nice food in over the festive period has really played havoc with my diet. My brother had done a few jobs around the house for me so I cooked these and served them with some fried rice which was left over from a curry from the previous evening. The Party Chicken Satay are small with just two or three chicken pieces threaded onto each skewer, but there are 20 in each box so split between just myself and my brother we had lots and lots of this lovely chicken each.
