 ... and when eating it's obvious that this is good quality chicken meat and is full of the flavour of not only the strong marinade but I can also taste the chicken. The problem I have here is that although the Satay are packaged in the UK, the chicken breast meat is actually from Thailand! How strange, Sainsbury's are usually good at stocking UK produce so why on earth my chicken has to travel so far is beyond me! Last night I decided to cook the last of the Christmas munchies, these Party Chicken Satay skewers from Sainsbury's, to get them out of the way as having so much nice food in over the festive period has really played havoc with my diet. My brother had done a few jobs around the house for me so I cooked these and served them with some fried rice which was left over from a curry from the previous evening. The Party Chicken Satay are small with just two or three chicken pieces threaded onto each skewer, but there are 20 in each box so split between just myself and my brother we had lots and lots of this lovely chicken each.
