In my effort to be healthier I chose to expand my fruit eating and snack on dried fruit. My dad bought me some delicious dried mango which I ate in one sitting, so I decided to buy my self some but as it was so expensive I chose the cheapest one I could find. Introducing "Sainsbury's Ready to Eat Sweetened Dried Fruits: Mango". I have to say I was disappointed. *ingredients* Stupidly I didn't check and so when I thought I was just putting in sweetened mango I was actually consuming: Dried Mango (42%), Sugar, Water, Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate).
