I'm not mad about hard cheeses but am quite partial to light, soft and spreadable cheeses. I saw this priced at 75p a tub but reduced to 49p a tub on offer and decided to give it a go. The Packaging.... 250g white tub with orange and brown colouring on it. On the lid there is a picture of what looks to me like cannoli, there is an at a glance nutritional chart on there and I'm told it is Sainsbury's 'Italian' Ricotta 'Creamy soft whey cheese from the North of Verona, ideal in sweet and savoury recipes' and that it is mild cheese.
