I specifically requested that these be added to the dooyoo database so I could tell everyone how rubbish they are and warn them not to buy them! However, I had some the other day (they were bought for me - I would never have bought them!) and they actually weren't so bad this time. Generally, what happens with these "Ripen in Fruit Bowl" ones from Sainsbury's is that they sit in the fruit bowl for ages and ages, never getting ripe, and then they go mouldy. But the ones that I had recently didn't do this. They did what they were supposed to do - they stayed in the fruit bowl, ripening at different times, and I ate them at different times ...
