The flavours all work beautifully together and I find this a very refreshing salad indeed, the crispiness of the Iceburg Lettuce is wonderful while the carrot adds a little sweetness to the overall salad. I eat quite a lot of salad and prefer to buy the prepared bags from the supermarket for convenience, this one from Sainsbury's is one of my favourites as it contains a nice selection of flavours and all the salad items are crisp and fresh. For £1.14 you get 270g of salad, which for me is between two and three servings depending on how hungry I am. The ingredients in this salad are Iceburg Lettuce, Grated Carrot, Cos Lettuce and White Cabbage - I wouldn't normally give you an ingredients list but I just wanted to make you aware that this salad bag contains pure salad foods with no oil or preservatives added.
