Sainsbury's Scotch Pancakes

Sainsbury's Scotch Pancakes come with 8 in a pack and are very sweet. They are easily breakable, but they are nice and moist. I usually buy these and very much enjoy them, I really get quite unhappy when they run out. They taste really sweet and syrupy, they have a really beautiful texture, too. It's a very cakey, yet squishy kind of texture that I really love. Sainsbury's recommend that you should try eating them with strawberrys and cream. I however, enjoy them very much when they have been toasted and with lots of melting butter on them, mmm.....delicious!
