Sainsbury's Sweet and Sour Chicken 400g This was one of the canned hot meat meals I bought from Sainsbury's on offer: buy three for £3. If bought individually, however, this tin costs no more than £1.09, exactly like all such canned meals from Sainsbury's. To prepare it, all you have to do is heat it on the hob for six minutes without boiling, and of course you have the option of using your microwave. To do that, you put the contents in a microwavable bowl and heat for 3 or 4 minutes depending on the power of your microwave.
