Prawn Stir Fry - not exactly what the title says, but this is a really great recipe, so incredibly easy to cook and a family favourite of ours Serves 5 Ingredients 1 onion, sliced into big pieces 10 Button Mushrooms, sliced 3 Peppers, orange/yellow/red 200g mange tout 335g bag of Beansprouts (size of bag bought from Tesco) 600g Amoy Straight to Wok Noodles - easier to use as no need to bother with cooking noodles at the side I find, however personal preference. I noticed in the local Safeway flyer that comes through my door each week, Oriental Express Stir fry?s were on buy one get one free. I am very partial to these so while out shopping I popped into my local store to buy some. To my disappointment, when I got there all that was left was sweet & sour, which I hate. Next to them I noticed a different verity that I hadn?t tried before. It was called ? Sizzling Hot Spicy Szechwan Beef?. Well I?ll try most things once so I asked a girl stocking the freezers if they were on the same offer. ?Yes? she replied. So I bought them.
