Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Highland Demerara Shortbread Rounds

The packaging states that they are 'slow baked', which I think adds to the texture and taste of these biscuits - they are a quality product. To me they do have a 'homemade' taste to them, although they are a more polished product than I can manage at home

***Sainsbury's Demerara Shortbread Rounds*** I drove about five miles out of my way a few days ago to purchase these, so they must be good!! I don't particularly live near Sainsbury's but from time to time, I will make the extra journey to pick up some of their items that you can't get elsewhere.
