I have been sat here thinking and I have come to a conclusion - what is one of the main things that we as consumers buy ? And I have come up with what I consider to be as logical answer - Food ! Tiger bread smells absolutely delicious when freshly baked and Sainsbury's Tiger Bread has recently become my firm favourite. They sell the 400g and the 800g loafs in my local store, the 800g loafs are around £1.00 and the 400g loafs are around 67p but are regularly on special offer with 2 for £1.00. However, I never pay full price for my bread as I visit my local Sainsbury's at around 6:00-6:30PM to find that all the items have been reduced down in the bakery and fridge section. I normally pick up an 800g loaf for around 50p and then freeze it to use for toast. The bread is delicious and has quite a unique smell and taste to the crust.
