I've never bought fresh soups in my life it's always been tinned soups by Heinz and not bought very often either. As I'm trying to lose weight though I am trying to change my shopping habits and try out new foods to see how successful they are. Whilst in Sainsburys I was browsing the fridges and came across their selection of fresh soups, well my word I'd never heard of such a thing. All these large 600g plastic pots, very similar to large yoghurt pots, containing many flavours of fresh soups. Being something new to me I didn't want to venture out into the world of extreme flavours and played safe by picking the Tomato and Basil flavoured soup.
