Sainsbury's White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is part of the Sainsbury taste the difference range which is their high quality range and as such it is a little more expensive than their standard products and this one costs £3.99. It is big enough to get six large servings and you could get eight if you are careful cutting it up. It is a rapberry flavoured cheesecake with a nice crumbly base and white chocolate shavings on the top of it. The rapsberry flavour comes from a sauce that is throughout the cheesecake body.
