Sainsbury's White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is part of the Sainsbury taste the difference range which is their high quality range and as such it is a little more expensive than their standard products and this one costs £3.99. It is big enough to get six large servings and you could get eight if you are careful cutting it up. It is a rapberry flavoured cheesecake with a nice crumbly base and white chocolate shavings on the top of it. The rapsberry flavour comes from a sauce that is throughout the cheesecake body. I have long had a weak spot for cheesecake and in the interests of research and for the benefit of you the readers I have been prepared to purchase and consume a number of cheesecakes over the year, I do this in the full knowledge of the risk to both my health and waistline but I see myself as the Macintyre of the dessert world and no evil calorie laden cheesecake is beyond the range of my investigation or my spoon.
