This cheesecake is part of the Sainsbury taste the difference range which is their high quality range and as such it is a little more expensive than their standard products and this one costs £3.99. It is big enough to get six large servings and you could get eight if you are careful cutting it up.

It is a rapberry flavoured cheesecake with a nice crumbly base and white chocolate shavings on the top of it. The rapsberry flavour comes from a sauce that is throughout the cheesecake body. Naturally this is very sweet and it tastes quite nice but personally I could do without the white chocolate which has a bit of a harsh taste to it, in fact I ended up scrapping it away from my serving.

The actual cheesecake is lovely and smooth with a nice creamy taste to it and the biscuit base is quite thick and substantial, it takes a bit of pressure to cut through it.

I was slightly disappointed overall with this ceesecake as it was little different to the standard range which are about fifty pence cheaper so I'm not sure it is really worth the extra few pennies.
