My hubby and I love pitta bread and I think we must have tried everyone from every supermarket in a bid to find the one that we think is the best. This particular pitta is from Sainsburys and although they normally cost 47p per pack, they are currently on offer at two packs for 70p. The pitas are packaged in a plastic wrapper which needs cutting to get to the actual breads. This annoys me a little but it seems to be the case with all pitta breads. I love pitta breads! I find them so easy to warm up and shove stuff into! My preference is always a salad, some chicken and some chilli sauce or salad cream or something in them but my Mum loves them covered in jam! Goes to show we're all different but in my home they come in weekly! I usually eat white pittas but of late I've tried to be a bit healthier and get some fibre into my diet so we changed to these. I wasn't really looking looking forward to eating these to be honest as I'm such a white pitta and white bread fan! The Packaging....
