Sainsburys Jaffa Cakes ... am a huge fan of jaffa cakes, but when I was a student I always used to buy the no frills products and try and save my pennies by buying the supermarkets own brand of everything. I thought I would try these as I love jaffa cakes and didnt think I would notice the difference. They cost around £1.00 for 24 in a pack which is quite good. When i tried one, they were great. The chocolate was nice and thick and there was an adequate amount of orange jelly in the middle. The sponge at the bottom was soft and slightly squidgy and absorbed the jelly well when eaten. Sainsbury's Basics Tortilla Chips ... who regularly reads my reviews will know by now that I regularly am a secret snacker! My favourite snacks tending to be crisp bound these stood out and as they were a large bag at18p and looked like a similar idea to Dorito s I had to try them. In the past I had tried Tesco s value Tortilla chips that at the same price and I adore them on their own or for dipping so I hoped they were be just as nice! Sainsbury's Crumpets ... absolutely love bread bound products. Crumpets are actually something I eat 2-6 of a day! My Mum goes mad that a pack of 12 of these only last me two days but I eat them for meals! I have my own food on Mums shopping list and each week on my list I have strawberry jam, pate and soft cheese and these are my toppings for these. My favourite is to have butter on them and lashing of a thick strawberry jam, it s so yummy! Oh I want some now! I m a true addict and a consiour of crumpets!
