Sainsbury's Party Chicken Yakitori Skewers: ... choosing some party food from Sainsbury s recently I saw some delicious looking Chicken Yakitori Skewers which looked saucy and rich on the packaging, they were frozen so I picked up a couple of boxes for the New Year celebration I am having with my granddaughters . They are frozen and take just 14 minutes to cook on Gas Mark 6. Well, they are supposed to take 14 minutes but I left mine in for over 20 minute...

CPTDANIELS Sainsbury's Basic Milk Chocolate Digestives
... I must admit I have a weakness for biscuits. So having recently had my income reduced by going Part Time at work, I am looking to reduce my expenditure. I have recently been introduced to Sainsbury s Basics range that in theory saves you quite a lot of money. I love chocolate digestives and usually buy a packet in my weekly shop, usually a proper brand name. But this week I decided I would try the Sainsbury s basics milk chocolate digestive biscuits. Immediately I was impressed with the price at only 44p, I thought this was well worth investing in even as an experiment so I bought a packet. Packaging: I have now got used to the Basics range of goods fro...

Mioliere Sainsbury's Basics Milk Chocolate
... bought Sainsbury s Basics Milk Chocolate this morning when I was shopping. I was going to save the whole bar to share with my husband but then I found that it was already on Dooyoo so, of course, I had to review it, and, to review it, I ve had to have three pieces of it. I must admit I wasn t expecting much for a bar that costs just 27p for 100g but I am really surprised by how good it is. Of course, it s not in the same league as Hotel Chocolat or Thornton s but it s still very good. The whole bar provides 504 calories so it s not the type of thing to eat every day. The nutritional information - on the front so it s very easy to find and read - says that a quarter o...

jolly-ollie Sainsburys Taste The Difference Lemon Drizzle Cake
... drizzle cake is a delicious treat to be endulged upon in life, it s always the dessert we have none left of at family get togethers! Sainsbury s taste the difference lemon drizzle cake is most definitely a very fine example of how it should be done. The cake is purchaseable at a reasonable £1.99 and is boxed in a recyclable card box. The cake should be cut using a sharp knife as this makes the process a whole lot easier (another helpful tip is to place the cake on a china plate, this both adds to the aesthetic elegance of the dish and aids the cutting process!). The cake was lovely and moist, easily passable as home made when trying to make a good impression ;). T...
