... love Cornish pasties. Well I love pastry and if it s filled all the better! The Packaging Of The Product.... On the website the packaging is shown as a clear plastic packet with red bits on it. Now I ve checked it out and this is the same product for sure but my packet is clear plastic and recyclable. On the front in white writing I m told it is Sainsbury s Cornish Pasty and on the front the display date and use by date are shown along with being told to keep the product refrigerated and there is an at a glance nutritional chart. On the back I m told that it it minced beef, diced potato, swede and onion in a puff pastry pasty. Then I m given a full nutritional rundown...

... love cake. One of the things I look forward to at work more than anything else is break time every Friday at 11am when it is time for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. It has become a bit of a tradition in our office that one of us girls will make a cake and bring it to work to enjoy with a cup of tea, it helps to relax the atmosphere of a very busy office environment and allows us to be able to catch up on all the gossip of the week so far and enjoy eating a cake someone has lovingly made.
