You can defrost the whole bag at room temperature in around 2 hours, but I tend to pour a few in a small bowl and these tend to thaw in around 15 minutes. The taste is fantastic, they are really sweet and juicy, and they melt in your mouth. I first bought these cherries after a friend had them recommended by her Weight Watchers leader. I love cherries, but as they are really expensive for at least half the year I thought I would give these a go. I have bought bags of frozen mixed fruit before, and am normally disappointed with the small proportion of cherries so a whole bag sounded heavenly to me!! I wasn't disappointed. When you open the bag you get a light cherry aroma which intensifies as they defrost. The bag is full of fat dark cherries, which glisten in the bag like marbles.
