I wasn't sure of what to have for dinner tonight and found a packet mix in the cupboard for these roast potatoes. It's nice to have something different now and again and I found some lamb which I thought would be a good accompaniment to these rosemary and garlic flavoured roast potatoes. Made by Schwartz you can buy a packet mix for around 75p. I was only cooking for two of us tonight and found I had plenty of excess mix left over. I did use it for an extra generous coating on the potatoes but it could be saved for another meal theoretically. To make these roast potatoes, you first par boil some potatoes.
