I have been the first to admit that I am not exactly Delia Smith in the kitchen department. However, I have been making a real effort lately yo make more food from scratch at home. Schwartz Lasagne Mix............... I have to admit I am a little bit of a cheat. I love to make home made things such as spaghetti and lasagne but often I can never get the mix of herbs, garlic and the like to taste as good as these packet mixes. Therefore I have now resigned myself to the fact that I will probably always buy the lasagne mix from Schwartz as they really are very tasty and make cooking up a lasagne very quick and easy. I am generally a creature of habit, but I also like to experiment with my habits! For example, Monday night is pizza night, but some days its a pepperoni, other days its a ham and pineapple.
