I like cereal bars, probably more than biscuits and I always make sure we have some in the house for when I feel a little peckish. I've always preferred the sultana and nut varieties to chocolate or berry flavoured choices but when my favourites where out of stock recently I decided to give these little gems a try. When I'm in a hurry in the mornings I often do not get the chance to sit down to eat breakfast. Normally I tend to grab a yoghurt and a glass of fruit juice before I rush out of the door to start my day.
