Ready meals are not the most nutritious or best food to eat too often. However there are some great makes available these days which, as an occasional fast food, fit the bill without causing you too much damage. Sharwood's has a great reputation on food manufacture. For years I have bought their Mango Chutney and Egg Noodles, both of which are just right for making a chinese meal.. Sharwood's Taste of India now produce a range of frozen ready meals that are tasty, good value and perfect for those times when you simply do not have enough time to prepare and cook a proper meal.
